I really like the idea to add a band around the bottom of the dress or skirt when it gets to short instead of getting rid of it. Clothes are so expensive and kids grow out of them so fast. This band also gives it some pizzaz. This tutorial is so easy to follow. Thanks. Anyone think this is a great idea?
