Who does not need an xtra bag. I am trying to get away from using plastic bags and this would be great. The instructions are easy to follow and even offer suggestions for other fabric. Great way to use up scraps as well. If you have a souvenir dish towel, it would add something bit different. You can always find towels in a thrift store as well. Thank you!

Not only is this an easy project for beginners but it is a fun project for all sewers! Quick projects like this with ready made store bought towels or placemats are a lot of fun. I like everything about this project. I think the instructions are well explained. The handles are we'll put together, that is very smart, and practical. Ok so now I have projects with towels , and placemats... I wonder what other store bought kitchen linen could be converted into a great tote bag.
