This is such a neat twist on a scarf. Never seen one like this before but this Gathered panel scarf is so cute and different. Who would have known that it was so easy to make. I can not wait to find some great fabric to make some out of for Christmas gifts. This is going to be so fun. I think I will make some with a coordinating panel and maybe some small fringe on the bottom. Super great tutorial. Thanks.
