I have made so many of the ruffled pants for my grand daughter but did not realize they were the same as bell bottoms. I loved my bell bottoms in the 1970's. There was nothing more comfortable on your legs than them. If you have ever wanted to make a pair for a little girl than here is the tutorial for you. You may think they are hard but they are so super easy and so much fun and the best part is watching your little girls face when you show them to her. I think I may try and make an old fashion pair for myself.
