I like the idea of a removable cover for the cozy rice pad. The inner bag that holds the rice can be made out of a simple piece of muslin and the outer bag out of soft fleece or even flannel. These rice bags are so soothing to sore muscles. I have made several and given most away as gifts. They are always appreciated.
