This tutorial is exactly right for our home right now! Last night our teenage son was saying that he's outgrown his bedroom curtain fabric and would it be possible to get new ones sometime. "Oh, I can make them for you!" piped up his teenage sister. YESSSS! I knew there was a good reason that she's learning to use a sewing machine, lol!

The next time you paint you can most of the time come up with the color you want by adding equal parts of white & color paint and stir good-remember the amount you add for the next amount. Did you take the yardstick or tape measure down from rod to frame of window? You could allow extra for shrinkage when you launder,. A suggestion for curtains- se a polyester sheet or bath towels till you decide for good.
