I remember crinolines from days gone by. This tulle circle skirt is great for supporting skirt fabric and adding some poufy-ness. It does take many layers of tulle to do this. It is a challenge to add the elastic waistband to the circle skirt but will be worth it to make it easy to take on and off.

Do you want something different for your bridesmaids? Then why not make this tulle circle skirt with some crinoline in your wedding color and make or buy a cute skirt. This is a good tutorial to us. This would be great for an outside wedding or beach wedding. You can also wear to a formal attire. So cute and simple to make.
