You'll need 3 contrasting or holiday fabric prints along with 2" elastic for the waistband. Following the directions you can create a skirt for any size child or adult which makes it great for family photos or festive occasions. What an adorable skirt pattern! As a sewist, I find the hardest part of beginning a new project to be picking out a single fabric. How can you choose just one when there are so many festive prints available? Now I don't have to choose with this dynamic design.
