If you are looking for that different tree skirt than this is for you. It is made by using elastic thread sewn down in 7 different places and some bias tape around the hem. You can make this pretty easy following the tutorial on this post. Not my style but everyone is different and this is cute for that someone that likes this style. Let's see pictures of yours.
