I think that the main winner of this Trendy Tunic Top is the print. Without such an eye catching print it would just be an ordinary old tunic. But we can't let that happen, ladies, so switch it up! Go wild! Pick a fabric that's out there and do this pattern the justice that it deserves, haha!

I really like that you can make this pattern to fit yourself. I use freezer paper to mark out the pattern and then use that pattern on the fabric. It is great to have a guide for all the measurements for the neck, shoulder, etc. It is good practice as well to design your own pattern. With a good tape measure and ruler, you are all set. Thank you.

The length of this graphic tunic top is what caught my eye. The simple draft-your-own drawn pattern shows the top with a longer than traditional t-shirt length which is nice. Not sure about sewing with stretch canvas. I imagine it to be similar to linen cotton canvas with a natural texture that will add to the surface design of the tunic.

I like the unfussy style of this tunic. Clean lines. Classic. Not trendy and won't get outdated soon. I can make the look of this tunic casual or elegant by the choice of fabric. Now just to choose one!
