This is a cute shirt and easy to make. I love patterns where you just have to do is use a shirt that fits you already. I have a dress form that that makes fitting a bit easier. It is amazing what a bit of draping and pinning can do. I would not suggest that someone beginning at sewing make this shirt since you have to know basic principles first like support and the neckline and sleeves. But that is easily learned and then this pattern is for you.

Cute shirt, but when I hear "power shirt" I think, "Job Interview" I would never recommend a sleeveless shirt for an interview. After you start work, maybe or on casual Fridays. You have to see what others are wearing.
