This is a great idea! American girl doll clothes are shockingly expensive. This outfit is just as cute as the ones you can buy, but at a fraction of the cost.

Oh my. I saw some of these lace doily at the dollar store so that will make this skirt so inexpensive to make. I like this super easy idea and what little girl wouldn't. This will be a must in her doll clothes collection. You can even add some applique on it or some embellishments and dress it up even more.
