Very cute and simple Gingerbread Man ornament. I think I would use baby rick rack on his arms legs and make his eyes black or blue felt. You could buttons instead of snaps too. I also would make the scarf smaller and give him a smile and maybe a dot for a nose. Easy pattern that could spark your own creativity and very easy to modify.

Its a really simple craft to do. But it looks like the guy has taken to the gallows.
