I made baby bonnets almost 40 years ago and have not made ant since but these bonnets are a classic. You can use heirloom fabric to made it look victorian. They are very fast and easy to make. I would love to see these bonnets make a come back. I wish this tutorial had a video or step by step pictures so you can understand it better.
