This dress is so cute and when I clicked on the link and saw the dress in the bird fabric I was hooked on making it in a patchwork style with fat quarters. The instructions are really easy to follow and it only took me one afternoon to make, I think when I make more I'll get quicker as once you have completed the pattern once it is so straightforward to make. The icing on the cake was the link from the pattern to little matching fabric Mary Jane shoes which I haven't yet made but will probably have a go at some point.
