Sewing muslin cloth dolls, and long eared bunnies and cute bears is a favorite of mine. The folksy prims do have an endearing quality to them. Since muslin comes in all shades of neutral colors, from ivory to buff colors, I found I do not have to tea or coffee dye the fabric. Saves an extra step. Embroider a whimsical face, stuff firmly, sew a simple dress and a loveable doll is made for the ages.
