Jennifer Mathis

I’m a self-taught sewist, and it all began with a slip-covered card table playhouse for my daughter. I love modern quilting, playing with colorful fabric and am learning something new every day.

I’ve always been the artsy/craftsy type- you know the one that never wanted to leave the Arts and Crafts Room at camp; the one that made you the slightly wonky scarf for Christmas; the one that wrote in paint pen all over anything I could get my hands on in the 80s.

I get giddy over school supplies- new markers, pens, pencils and notebooks- oh the possibilities!

I’m still driven by the same need to create, a love of fabric and design, and the thrill that comes from creating something beautiful from a sketch and an idea.

I’m a mother to two precious young children and wife to a super supportive husband that understands and encourages my creative pursuits. Come join me.
