Use fleece for making mittens for dry weather or softshell for water resistant version. Just remember that the seams aren't waterproof even if your fabric is! I also show you how to make these mittens out of a hood from old winter overalls. If you use lining, remember to make the outer part a bit bigger; for example, using one size bigger pattern. If you use stretching fabrics, you can try making one size smaller."
