You know these tutu skirts with the leggins are so cute and little girls love wearing them so why not make them yourself. You will not believe how simple and fast these are to make and you can use the ones from the dollar store or make your own tutu and attach it. I like my tutus full so I would make my own. You can use a pair of pre-existing leggings or make them yourself too. Love these ideas.
