This is such a thoughtful project, and so easy to make. It would even be a helpful way to ease into things before the hospital visit, or once back at home, as well as during the hospital stay. The pocket on the side is an excellent idea for tissues, or a little matching critter to cuddle, and the pillow can be so comforting to have a familiar thing near! Super idea and great instructions!
