From the blogger: "Make your little dancer a cute shrug to go over her leotard with this free girls shrug pattern. It comes in girls sizes 2 to 14 and includes printable pattern pieces. This shrug pattern is great for beginners learning to sew stretch fabric. Supplies: 1/2 yard of stretch fabric with 75% stretch factor, and 1/4 inch wide swimwear elastic for the neck. You can sew this on a regular sewing machine without a Serger using a simple zigzag stitch."

I took dance classes when I was a kid and I remember these shrugs being sooo expensive. This is a great alternative!
