I love, love, love making rag quilts. They are fast, easy and beautiful. You mostly see them for girls, but I love when I see a pattern that could be for a boy. I say pattern, really I guess it is the fabric. I always have a few on hand to have ready as gifts. Still, if one was not appropriate for the gift needed, you can easily make one in an evening. It seriously takes me almost as long to shop for the fabric as it does to make one. There is nothing like getting a handmade gift that is not only beautiful, but also functional. If I can make one, anyone can!
