"We all have CDs lying around that are no longer useful, so when I looked around to find what crafting could be done with them, I was surprised by the relative lack of ideas. One of the few projects that uses a CD in its original form is this multi-purpose basket. The result was inspired by a similar hand-sewn item that I came across; mine is done by machine. After I made one, I thought — hey, these would work well stacked on top of one another. And I'm sure you can think of many ways to use them!"
