Are you like me and realized that all you have in your closet for summer shirts are a bunch of tee shirts that are so plain they are boring. Why not look at this tutorial on making it into something totally different by cutting off sleeves and making a neckline you like and add some ruffles to it. This has given me so many ideas too. If you like your neckline then just add to them. This can get so addicting too. Use some bold colors to briten them up. So easy to do. I am so glad I saw this.
