I have a lovely pillowcase, that I would love to do this with. BUT I tried it and it would take at least two of them to get across my chest. How can you make this out of one pillowcase for a woman? It is for children and very thin ladies only!

lol. I figured that much without even trying it. You might be able to do it with two. Or you could even use the case for a front and back(panels)and use a pretty neutral fabric to 'expand' the sides so that you ge the circumference. I know I would have to do this.
