LOVE this top and it is rated Easy too, double win! Beautifully feminine and so stylish, I can totally see myself wearing it and looking absolutely gorgeous, lol! I am going to make my sleeves a little bit longer before attached the flared bell but that is just a personal preference. The pattern is really well written and simple to follow.

This trendy ruffle bell sleeve-top seems easy enough to sew and from a mens dress shirt no less. Love the upcycle idea of something old to something new. There is a video tutorial that is most helpful in how to make the transformation. The shirt buttons from the back which is a delightful surprise detail.
