This wine bottle gift bag out of repurposed jeans legs is one of the easiest to do. Even if the jeans leg has to be recut and restitched to make the gift bag smaller, this is still a quick and easy to project. I believe a red bandana would be perfect to use to tie up the top around the wine bottle.
