"This project turns a window sill from drab to pretty during the holiday season. It is easy and requires no sewing. The idea to cover the sill came about when decorating for the holidays and the decorations simply did not look nice on the concrete. No-fray fabric already on hand came to mind and was the perfect solution for the problem. The appearance of the sill was so pleasing afterwards and all the decorations seemed even more festive, too."
