What a great idea! I'm going to make one for my 86 year old mother who knits. I won't need the pin cushion on it but she'll have everything at arms reach for her projects instead of using a plastic shopping bag!

I made this arm rest, pin cushion in about 2 hours and it looks great. The directions are easy to follow. I used other fabric scraps and its a great way to make a gift for a friend out of my extra scraps. Thanks for the pattern. Kayte
