I have one of these I picked up at a church bazaar years ago. It has two small holes in the bottom of the cap -- probably pierced with a hot nail, or something.... and a loop of elastic. Totally handy to wear as I sew. You've inspired me to make one for a friend that admired mine... but I think I'll skip painting the cap (white cupcake "wrapper" is fine with me!)
