I have been meaning to sew a makeup brush roll so this project comes along at the perfect time. Nice idea to use fusible vinyl as a way to protect the brushes (and fabric). Although there appears to be so many steps to this project, the photos and accompanying instructions show how to easily replicate the brush roll.
