A rice eye mask is perfect to soothe tired eyes or relieve those tension headaches. No strap needed so it is easy to just hand-draw the mask to the size needed and machine or hand stitch front and back together. An alternative to baking the scent into the rice is by placing one cup of rice and a few drops of whatever scent into a glass jar with lid, shake a few times and leave it for a day or two.
