How cool this would be if you made it wider and used it for markers or makeup brushes. Even at that size it would be great for lipsticks!

Are you Kidding?!!! Children and pets should not have access to batteries!!! They are dangerous. I don't want my dog, or a visiting child finding batteries and possibly putting one in their mouths or breaking one open and getting chemical burns. Please take this one down!!!

I appreciate your comment, but instead of taking this down, just add a warning to not hang within a child's reach. I think this is great for a garage, workshop or shed. Also, for use in the area you keep your cleaning products. These are areas that children should not have access anyway.
