This is such a cute pleated lampshade makeover, and as a skirted one too. Easy tutorial instructions and nice clear pictures. I imagine since the shade is as a skirt, that it would be super easy to change as the seasons or holidays occur. I have a drab lamp shade in my sewing area that could use this appealing makeover.
