I love this sewing machine cover with the lacy heart applique and front lace trim. No instructions at the link however it is simple enough. I have made a few and it just takes a large rectangle of fabric to drape over the machine. Fold in half right sides together, stitch the side edges, turn right sides out, hem, pinch the corners to sew across to make a boxy style. Hem and add the applique.
