If you have enough lace for the length after folding ver the rod pocket allowance, and the hem this method works. Once however I had just enough lace to the actual window but not the rod pocket, so I sewed on some light weight fabric, even interfacing could work, to create the pocket. Luckily enough it wasn't too thick, so it gathered nicely. Love the look of lace! Thanks for sharing!
