    "Learn how to make a DIY cupcake costume with white felt, colorful rainbow felt balls, and an upcycled t-shirt dress. This costume is fun and cute, but it’s so easy to wear! I decided to make my daughter a DIY cupcake costume because she is sweet like a cupcake. I had some white felt in my stash, and I made simple gathered "frosting" that wraps around the top. Then I used some rib knit fabric that looks like the pleated paper liner for cupcakes."
