"Make an easy DIY Duke Caboom Costume that is perfect for kids or adults. Use clothes from your closet and some DIY no-sew accessories! My favorite character from Toy Story 4 was Duke Caboom. He is funny and brave at all the right moments. I have some family from Canada so that was another from element. My husband is so great and let me dress him up as Duke Caboom for a Halloween costume!
