This colorful fabric basket is so much nicer than the plastic handled baskets that seem to be everywhere in stores just before Easter time. I especially like the fact that the basket is collapsible making it great to store away for the next year. The pinked seam edges add some whimsy to the basket too.

This collapsible Easter basket is so pretty and looks quite easy to put together! It does remind me of vintage baskets! It would be even more vintage looking if you added some green or pink ric rac along the handle edges where it is cut with pinking shears. The buttons are a lovely touch, and some crossgrain ribbon around the basket with a bow would look lovely too! Thanks for sharing this project!
