This Umbrella dress looks real comfortable to wear and would be nice to wear to a picnic or a walk on the beach or to throw over a bathing suit. This is a nice tutorial for someone who has sewn before but some practice needed for beginners. This would be great if there was a video. I like how it fits a little loose and you can adjust the length too. Nice dress.
