So cute. Looks simple but it does take some patience with sewing on elastic. I have not made this on yet but have made(but not happy with) some where I sewed the tank right on the bottom of dress and it stretched really bad. I like that this dress has the wide elastic that gets attached to top and bottom of elastic. I am going to give this one a try. Secret is lots and lots of pins on elastic when sewing on tank. Anyone else know an easier way?
