Summertime always makes me want to wear gorgeous floaty dresses and this one is a real winner. AND there is nothing at all complicated about making it so that makes it a double winner! For the top you put an existing blouse on to your fabric and cut around it and then you use rectangles for the skirt. Easy peasy!
