This is surely the ultimate Circle skirt tutorial I have seen yet. The instructions are very well done and the pictures are a real bonus so you can see if you did it right. I have made a few but never thought to put the elastic on the outside. I always enclosed it but I like that this skirt with it on the outside has a more polished look. I like to pick out some fun fabric for these skirts and what little girl would not like to twirl in one of these. Love that she added a quick tutorial to make some accessories with the leftover fabric. Anyone know where I can buy some pretty colored elastic for these skirts online? Thanks.
