Maternity Dress to Skirt Tutorial

"It's so easy to go through your wardrobe and wish you had different clothing. Well what if you were to go through your clothes and instead remake it into something else? You can easily turn a dress into a skirt really easy it. This was a maternity dress before I changed it into a gathered skirt using elastic. I also added some black lace to the bottom. Refashioning clothing is easier then you think. You can even make a matching skirt for your daughter."
