This skirt reminds me of tinkerbell but I absolutely love it. So simle and easy to make with just a yard of fabric. The blogger says to use wool fabric so this will make a perfect fall and winter skirt to wear shopping,to school or a night out. I love the idea of using a small round object to do the hem. This can br worn with a tee shirt or dressy one. Good tutorial.
