Hemming a circular skirt may seem to be among the most challenging of sewing elements however this tutorial clearly explains one way to do so. Best to make liberal use of a steam iron to help flatten the hem as well. An important tip to remember is to not have too wide a hem to avoid tell-tale puckers at the hem edge!
