This small fringed bag is really on trend now. The picture tutorial is very easy to follow. There is even a video tutorial as well. Just need yard of fabric, two types of interfacing pieces and a decorative chain with a clasp. The fringe is made of leather or ultra-suede strips and gives the little bag lots of charm.
