My sewing machine digs in its heels when faced with leather but a friend's machine loves it so that's where I'll be making this awesome bag. I'm not going to bring the lining fabric over the top edge, like in the pic above, but my wonderful leather working friend will work some magic for me on the top edge of the leather.

I love this Coach Leather tote because it looks sew expensive and it is so pretty. I was afraid to work with leather but once you do you will not stop. It is really very easy to work with just use the right needle and thread. I did somme with lining (because I added pockets) and some without. I also did some fancy stripe down one. There is so many possibilities and I love that it wipes clean with a rag. Such a super tutorial. So lets make some leather totes.
