Fathers Day is coming, and this apron will make a great gift. The pattern uses white flour sack towels, but my guy gets messy with the BBQ sauce and needs a heavier apron. I use light or medium weight denim, any color. On darker colors you can use white fabric paint for the animals instead of black. I also use bias tape to bind the edges.
