This cute summer scarf will dress up any t-shirt or plain blouse. The tiny tassels are sweet. The tutorial shows how to make the mini tassels using embroidery floss and a fork! This is a wonderful gift idea as well. Not sure the version with the pom-poms is one I would make.

This is so cute! I really love the version with the tassels. Both have a great Bohemian vibe for the spring and summer.
